Sunday Rituals

Is there anything better on a Sunday than noshing on a plate of hot-off-the-griddle pancakes, lightly soaked in syrup, immersed in the Sunday paper while the snow falls outside the window?

I thought not.....



Well, except for munching on fresh pineapple in the open air restaurant at the Westin Resort on St John in January...
